Can't dual window in my computer (Using Vista with only 1GB RAM)

Guess maybe it's time to stop playing Lineage eh....
The protocol version for OOG was changed to 89, but it's no use to change it. Still have the problem:"log in game server time out" or "log in game server fail". But there are some people still using OOG and sell it for Rp500.000,00. Anyone can share the clue for working OOG?
already copy Wildcard into system folder and use 2.13~17b but it doesn't work...
i changed host adres 5 time but it doensn't work

masuk game seperti biasa dlu, cenking file na jgn lupa.. klo ga ad mslh baru pake IG na.. skrng ud ga bisa lagi pk IG versi jadul.. ad sebagian kom yg mesti pk yg terbaru..
klo mslh muter2 gw jg kurang tau y.. ga pernah pk yg 2.05.. kejadian jg pas tmn ku maen, ud pk IG yg terbau ad agak muter2.. diliat di map bot na kita jelas bisa liat klo kita pk IG koneksi kita jadi terputus2.. makana char jd agak muter2 n ga mo nurut.. tp ga gt mslh c klo kita ngehunt tmpt sepi..
but why every 5 minutes the player dropped?

What are you meaning with that dropped? Is it disconnected?
I'm using IG 2.16C too, it's fine. Maybe your computer have a software conflict, slow internet conection, or low specification?
