Regarding L2InfoB.dat for *** update:

After a quick look, it appears that itemname.dat for US, Taiwan and Indo are a bit different in structure.
The alternative approach is to make a specific parser for itemname-id.dat just for this case.

If you play in the US server please upload its system folder for me to analyze.

use that L2info.dat for Lineage 2 Goddes of Destruction version ONLY !!!
that L2info.dat at English language !

You can put OOG+IG at 1 folder, you can download it (for GoD only) and (for H5 only, if you use this at GoD, 90% error if you do anything)
Just take L2walker.exe from OOG 10.9.8n, rename it like = OOGL2walker.exe,
and put it at IG 2.19c folder.

If your L2 is H5 version, you can use & OOG 10.9.8n
