Enchant Glow

have someone a program where i can change the enchant glow?

yeah go to google and look for l2decrypt.exe
download that copy you env.int file (thats in your systems folder)

paste is somewhere else double click it it will open l2decrypt then press enter in l2decrypt
and you will get env.clear then open that file with notepad/word and scroll down to the part that has like

r=0,g=0,b=0,r2=0,b2=0,g2=0 or w/e and then change around the numbers on the RGBs

and then when your done save it double click it itll open l2decrypt and then copy the new file it made int oyour systems folder (deleting your old one) and then take of the extension on the new one i think its like env.crypt take of the .crypt

It really doesn't take a hacker to know what RBG means, you learn these things from like... Paint.
