Hi im new making threads (i been here a weeks ago reading and learning) i been trying to hack Khaos that server has bake ice i have the bypasser (at least one of them) the thing is i dont have the ip port.I use CMD but the ips there are 2 weird for me so i need some decripter(for l2.ini),i`ve saw a lots of em but no1 is good for me or i dont get what to do or the download is bad.The thing is i need a way to found that ip with Cmd or a program if some1 can give me the program or explain about CMD thing.

here is the decripted file (dec-l2) and bypasser if some1 can configure it and tell me how to use it
