The list is subjective, I don't personally agree with most of the ratings honestly. I know the "ok, ok+ and good" are gauged by the scripts quality, not by their security- but still. bruhwalker is your best bet if you value security. I would rate an undetected (usable) software good even if it was slightly worse than one that will 100% get you banned.
