We are looking for a developer that can create a Pixelbot or any kind of leveling program for League of Legends. It needs to be able to level from 1 to 30 , complete tutorial , and skip email verification ( we are OK without it, even tho it's prefered).
It needs to be able to play on a low fps environment ( 5-8 fps at most ).
We offer 500-1000€, depending on what you can make ( quality of the bot, time it takes to level up, if it is safe/undetected, winrate, skip email...

I want to create a pixel bot but some examples/source code/whatever would by useful and even more if it's C#... I don't have any idea where I can get it...
I'm not a newbie, i'm a c# developer with several years of experience but I've never made a pixel bot or something related to image processing.
