Qualifications: I'm mechanically more skilled than any player I've seen so far in this elo, probably comes from my times as A+ Starcraft broodwar player (220-250APM, sometimes spiking at 300) and also being high elo player in other games like S4 League, where I've won tournaments here and there.
I am definitely a team player, since i even learned in Starcraft, that playing with others and improving together means everything
Your qualifications: no tilting, no wannabe tryhard champion picks, but actually wanting to learn how to build a team, try out laneswaps etc. I do indeed search for tryhards who want to improve, try out LCS type of strategies and surprise our elo by this way, until we climb until diamond, which is my goal for this season.

edit: it's my first season of playing, actually just like 2 months, so I don't really want people who have been playing for multiple seasons and are still stuck in Bronze/Silver, but people who actually want to improve and can take criticizm.
