Caitlyn and Urgot are pretty strong then, not sure who else but I think Pantheon/Lee Sin/Rengar/Zed are good as well.

i think LeBlanc is one of the strongest 1v1 Champs, cause you can oneshot already at level 3 ! and think , on Aram Map you are at start Level 3 and you have enough money to buy enough AP for it
