BoL is injecting lua scripts in the game, but when the free version is not out.

is there any other program which can inject lua scripts into the game?

No. LUA is interpreted meaning it doesn't work without another program telling it how to intepret the code. So no, BOL is needed. It also mean ONLY BOL will work with a BOL script. If someone were to make another similar program for similar purpose that uses lua, it still wouldn't work unless it is an exact copy.
