It has been some months with it closed. You have to wait for the first days of every month and see if you're lucky...

Anyways, if you don't want to wait another month for an account I can sell you one pretty cheap

Mhm.. I look since 5 month every time the first 3 days of the month.. But it is never open :/

OK I see, no thanks I already got an PBE account but its for a friend I would like to duo queue with him. And hes not the kind of guy that spends his money to an account. So I guess he needs to wait until S4 comes out because thats the time when I created mine.

PBE is for testing new implemented changes if there are any bugsm dont abuse it for such ****!
