Cant Open League of Legends Installer

Hey i Reinstalled Windows 7 On my pc and now The installer wont start anymore, Before my Reinstall i had Windows 8 and there it wont work too, but i thought it was becouse W8, but now it didnt work too

Can someone help me?

i installed lol on win8...
maybe try to open it as admin and deactivate virus-protection/firewall for some minutes

Nope, just try to shut down your Firewall and your anti virus programm for a few minutes so start the installer.

I had the same problem, just download the patcher from here , it's the "LoLRADS_EUW.zip".

The patcher will open and downloads the whole game.
