High amount of elo dropp?

Hello guys,
I am just interested in that: does somebody else got the same problem?
So i was playing a lot of games at S2 (around 2-2,5K ranked games). My top elo was 1840 and my usual elo was around 1600. I climbed to this elo from 900(!) and I did it with offensive language(like: please trist ur lasthitting like my drunk cat, please dont go 1v5 as an ad carry, jesus vayne ur bad as ***), so I told them their mistake etc. I told them their mistakes , I flamed them for it, and I got my elo. The account got banned ofc for offensive language (Btw i spent in that account more than 400 euro , so i was really happy.)
Now in S3 with my new account , I do not even say a single word, I played about 70 games, and I am at 1300 elo. I can not win games, I always have 6-0, 7-3 and stats like that, I ALWAYS win my lane, and I cant get higher elo. I am not talking about that offensive language or telling them their mistakes make you get higher elo. But anyway, does anybody have problems like this? My top elo is 1840(Platinum almost), and I can not reach at least 1500-1600 with skills? I do not think that im a hyper good player, but im definetly better than the people at 1300... Please give me advices to go out from there, I feel that my brain burns down from every Clarity Garen game... Does anybody had a high amount of elo dropp like this? It is like impossible to win a game with them, you can not talk to them, you say that: go push top because there is a pressure on mid lane by super cs, and what team does(??): my whole team is like: okay im living on an another planet i go farm bot, ok i go jungle, OK THEY all got catch and we lost a 10-30 game. This elo is like playing with monkeys, 12 years olds, and with drunk cats. And if you tell them the painful true( that they are menthally-handycapped idiots) you get banned

PLEASE DOCTOR GIVE ME ADVICES HOW TO GET OUT FROM THERE.
And the problem what really hurts me, other 1600-1700 players can easily get out of elo like mine.. and I can not, but I had 1600-1700 for like 6-8 months and I never got under that, and now? Am I stucking at 1300? Wtf is this? Karma?(I mean the religion)

Laning


- Use the time you gain between last hitting. Harass your enemy if he wan'ts to last hit if you won't miss one in this time.



- Look after EXP-Dis/advantages. If you are one level ahead your trading result will be better.
Maybe try to take a jungle camp before you come on the lane (Ask for help, if its possible).



-Have a look at the item difference. Try to play more defensive if your opponent is ahead. If you have enough money to purchase an item, try to push your lane and go back. If your ahead try to force a trade. But keep their jungler in your mind!



- Have a look at the hp/mana bar and try to keep summoner cooldowns/ult cooldowns in your mind.



- Try to deny the cannon minion.
- Try to bait essential spells and dodge them


- Look at the amount of creeps if you trade.
The amount of ranged minions will decide if your lane will push or not.

• if your enemy can't lasthit under tower (Le blanc for example)

• if you can harass your opponent under his tower

• If your enemy retreats to base

• If you have to join objective-fights

Freeze:

• If you think you getting ganked

• If you're ahead

- Play agressive. Push your lane and harass. With this "method" you getting focused from their team and may exculpate other lanes from getting ganked. Always keep your ward-coverage up and have a well map-awarness.

- Play defensive if you made a mistake. Ask your jungler for a gank. Don't even die under your tower, better let it fall.

- 100 Last-Hits in ~ 12 Minutes anpeilen (100cs in 10min is perfext).

- Don't take lasthits if would take to much damage

- Try to predict what your oppnents do.

- If the enemy team has a fairly well roaming/snowballing team (like shaco or diana or evelynn) and you don't have enough vision try to get pushed. (Let the enemy hit you a few times, so that your minions will attack him and not the enemie's minions)

Common

- Improve your mechanics.

- Be aware of your role in teamfights. In the most cases your focus should be:– AD > AP > Bruiser > Support

• Bruiser: Normally you have to kill the enemies carries. In some cases its better if you defend yours.

• AP: Utility AP (Orianna, Anivia, Karthus, ..) should try to get as much as possible damage out. Assassin AP (Akali, Diana, Evelynn, .., bzw. AD-Caster) should kill the Carry (AD, AP)

• Support: Depends on the support. Initiate or defend ad carry in the most cases.

• AD: Only attack targets if you can do this safely.

- Map Awareness. Ping if you see an enemy.

-Time objectives and call them. If you can't reach a fight in team, call it. If your team is ahead, push botlane and go for baron (normally one of the enemies leaves to clear bottom)

- Nicht zu frueh aufgeben. In jedem ELO Bereich werden Games gethrowd, besonders oft im Low ELO. Season 3 hat das snowballen auch nochmal schwerer gemacht (Global Gold erhoeht, Miniongold leicht niedriger und Killing Spree nach 5 Kills schon 500g reward)

- Never surrend early. (Global Gold > minion gold, reward for ending killing sprees pretty soon)

- Don't blame your mates.

You mean that I have to win other's lanes too? Because it is also hard with drunk stones.

Well I can not improve my playstyle at this elo, or at least I am just feeling that I can not.

And win as soon as possible is also hard with kids whose cant even ready what I write to them

S3 is more champ dependend + snowballing got nerfed.

Play the right champs with 10/0 (10-20min) and win easily the game.

One thing you should note is that everybody, also in low elo, wants to win.
If you show them that you are the key to win, they will follow you (in general).

The best way is to pick a roamer like Sion (he's probably not the best champ for that role but he's my favorite champion ) , win your lane and then push and gank hard. Your teammates will be happy cause of so many ganks and you can help them to win their lanes.
Don't take all the kills! If you do they will get angry!
