For now I will just create account one by one, with a normal account name, then I will put the summoner name the same way, not random number at the end of the acount name so it's more safe and riot will not see I'm boting if I don't have more than 10 ref I guess.
But if I want bot more need some tor program (or others I dunno) which I don't know how it works and if tor hide the ip from lol client or not ?
Under their new policy, even human made and played smurfs can be banned. They are not allowing anyone to use smurf accounts for referrals. Unless you are making and playing the accounts on different IPs, there isn't much safety.
I know they talk all about bans in the forums for all those who have smurf accounts, but the most harsh punnishment is to loose all of the rewards, and most of the times you can get clean and only with a warning. So STOP PANIC. It's not the end of the world, and i havent hear any of my friends being banned for smurfing, just 1 of them lost his rewards, maybe GM in bad mood.
The thing is, LoL has millions of players and thousand and thousands of players get refereed every day. The amount of manhours it would take to investigate all the refs would be incredible. The most likely thing is that Riot has some kind of automated system that warns Riot of people have a shitload of refeerals. If Riot really searcghd they could clearly have banned a shitload of people on this forum that have hundreds of refeerals
