Looking for level bot custom level set

Hello. I am looking for the next features:
- import list accounts
- set lvl by me - if I want lvl 10, once the first account is finished it will jump to next account
- play random champ
Free or with money, it doesn't matter as long as it respects the 2nd condition: to set lvl by me, not after lvl 30 it will start with other account.
