Be careful with this guy. I sent him the money, he keeps on saying that he cannot give me the accounts yet "for security reasons" (which doesn't make any sense). See his post above.

I will wait another 12 hours, if I don't get the accounts I will complain with PayPal and get my money back. Be warned.

They have been made by hand, that is really strong answer to previous question. Yes all accounts are made by hand. But how are they leveled to lvl 30 and that IP + Champions? By bot or by hand?
If they are handmade + handleveled why only 14 days warranty. Those accounts are not going to get banned for anything ,only trading is possible..

I have contacted PayPal about it to get my money back.
Can't believe what people would do to waste time. And even for just for a few euros.
