I wrote this tool a while back to Hide IP in boost service and test the ping to some LoL servers externally to avoid a big chance that if i entered an important match it would have lags, no need to have LoL client opened,

you can also have it for free.

REQUIRED:Java 7+.

For the momemnt i'm testing and need Designers, Developers, and testers.
