I ordered a boost from P5 to D5, he just took the money, then lost 8 games streak doing really bad in all games (and his friend "diamond 1" doing as bad as he did like 3/15/0 in jungle),
They are both low gold players and they demoted me in gold 1...
When I asked my money back he just said he does not have any money or any customers paying him and that he is a "poor student" so he can't give money back.

He did the same to every one check on his thread, all complaining about him :
