Eloboosting (need vouches)

Hey guys i want to start my boosting service, but since im "new" here i need some vouches, i can boost from bronze to high plat, not more, main d3.
My connection let me playing only on EUW cause of ping, in NA i ping so much, same other regions, let me your skype if u're interested
