Wrong, riot k9 riot graves etc have been back in store i remember last year riot k9 was back in store for gamescom. However PAX skins will never be in store, or being able to get trough gifting where champion/riot skins are.

Riot K-9 Nasus is a legacy skin, so you can get it from mistery gifts and it will be available in store this year.
