If your MMR is that bad, someone would probably have to play about 50 - 100 normal games in a five man normal team with four people who have high normal MMR. I can do this with some of my friends. However you will always have to play a lot because those normal games with them are sometimes harder than solo queue. (Playing against people like WhiteKnight108, Bjergsen (before he moved), Froggen, etc).
