2) Champions : ALL champions ( Plus that the Account has 28k IP to buy the new champions)

4) Rune Pages : 10 (All the good runes so you can make most combinations)
5) 30 Level Account / Ranking: Platinum S3 / ~1900 MMR
6) It has never been banned
7) I can also provide you all the required and registered information of the account.
