I'm quite not sure if u can't read. He addmited in his Text that it is 100% Ban-able. He even explained his Price after People did shut him down by saying that this DropHack is "Free" indeed it was not without purchasing Premium for 10$
The Reason why so much People are so Butthurt about this is actually in ur Profile. Its the Boosters that kinda maybe lose their Venue from Boosting People. Because as far as it goes 5 Bucks for a "maybe" Eloboost to a certain ammount of Division is way more reasonable then paying over 100 Bucks to a Booster that might also can Scam their Customer.

So for me it is not a Wonder that actually the most People that are QQ'ing about it are Boosters. Simply because they might lose their Customer to a simple Programm that has the same Risk.
And i'm not entirely sure but for a Customer that gets Elopushed and get banned for a ammount of Weeks + losing his Boost due to the Ban + losing Money is actually the same Risk they take withing purchasing this kind of Service.

So why the fuck are u not honest about it? U just might end up losing "some" Customers to the same Risk they get when gettin Boosted.
Like i said before already, maybe u keep ur biased FK on ur own or at least be honest about.
Oh and on a side note, even Boosters get's fkd over when someone on the Enemy is using this Programm. Because they end up taking longer to boost a Account to a certain Division. Wich also takes a lot longer making a bunch of Money.
And in the End its a Customers choice deciding to take this Risk or not. Ur not their Mom's or Dad's taking the White Knight Sword and Witchhunting someone who is selling his Program.

I don't cheat, I won't be cheating cheating at any point. If you cheat on a customer's account and you end up getting it banned, you clearly get a bad reputation and I have only good. Makes no sense, it's always your OWN CHOICE, but who is going to pay for something that is 100% banable and will just fuck you over even more - your argument is invalid.

I have good win ratios without cheats and only cheaters buy that shit and they end up getting punished with a ban, like they deserve.
