This is a scammer. I boosted him and he reported to paypal that it was unauthorized. I'm trying to dispute right now. Just a warning to other boosters.
I have been scammed before, even paypal gift you can contact paypal for chargeback with enough evidence. If not just contact your bank, This usually is the best way.
