I don't understand when ingame, It goes to where my mouse is when i click spacebar, and use spells. But how can it autojuke?

Hey, does anyone else get this heavy FPS drop? Im playing with 30-40fps and normaly i got it stucked on 144, i could play this with about 300fps. Now i have like 34fps ingame, can someone help?
