When it opens the black window i just get this message and nothing happens, any ideas to fix this?

EUW was down, same error here but now it work
the server is online now

It starts saying this message after the 13th session about 4-5 times in a game but it hadn't been a problem since I came back home and saw the picture above.

btw when i start the bot, all i got is bot is loading then nothing

check your wifi/router probably theres any port blocked.. had that same error and it was my wifi conection
