Optimizing computer for referral botting?

I'm looking to get into the referral botting services but I can't figure out how people can run 18+ vm's on a computer. Is there anyone willing to give me some help to optimize the setup I have?

i7 , 32gb RAM , 256 gb SSD and you can run 18 vms.
It cost around 1000€. Depends were you buy the hardware.

Which bot are you using? GiBot is a good bot. You need for this bot

Intel i7 3770k
24gb RAM
256 GB SSD

And you can run 19 - 20 VMS

I currently have a computer with the following:

i5 3570k
16gb ram
256gb ssd

And I'm currently running 11-12 bots with lolbandit.

Can this be improved?

Run Refboo.st Bot, 30 bots max, 24 if i want to use the machine for something else too.

Yes right, 30 bots with 16 gb. No vmware required. Cpu is maxed out while connecting to the game, but goes to 1% ingame.
