No. It is client sided, noone else knows you got it. Most of the zoomahcks are detected at the moment so you probably get a 2 week ban, but no reports.

du wirst auch wennn du das ding nur 1 sekunde benutzt direkt gebannt, mein zweit account wurde heute gebannt und am 23.3 wirst du gebannt

spiele doch schon seid einer woche wieder mit dem bis jetzt noch nix vlt

Careful when using this i just got banned for 2 weeks.
I thought the ban was from using foul language in-game.

Guys! come on!!! This is an outdated version! New version
To use it, put ddraw.dll into this directory
M:\games\lol\League of Legends\RADS\solutions\lol_game_client_sln\release s\0.0.0.249\deploy
Of course, your exact directory will be different from mine. But you get the idea.
When you enter a game, a message box will pop up asking if you want to increase max zoom. Click yes to activate it. If you don't click or click NO, game will run with normal zoom.
