Guys! come on!!! This is an outdated version!
To use it, put ddraw.dll into this directory
M:\games\lol\League of Legends\RADS\solutions\lol_game_client_sln\release s\0.0.0.249\deploy
Of course, your exact directory will be different from mine. But you get the idea.

When you enter a game, a message box will pop up asking if you want to increase max zoom. Click yes to activate it. If you don't click or click NO, game will run with normal zoom.

ok now it works, i had to launch the game from this folder...C/ Riot Games/ League of Legends-->lol.launhcer.admin than i had an update, and now it works. Thank You
