I noticed that it is better not to use this program to close the host, because you come up with error "creating room number 0" because other clients are still in the old room.
Just dont use this program for HOST.
In any case, I realized that the best way to eliminate the dead lock is to restart all virtual machines from time to time. All my bots are in the startup on virtual machines, so all you need to do is add the Task Scheduler is a simple .CMD script to turn off and start again all virtual machines.

vmrun.exe stop D:\BOOT\MA4iNI\CLIENTS\XYZ01\XYZ01.vmx
vmrun.exe stop D:\BOOT\MA4iNI\CLIENTS\XYZ02\XYZ02.vmx
(do as much as you have clients)
start D:\BOOT\EmuB0T\B0T\Reset-Accounts.exe (reset all acounts)
ping 127.0.0.1 -n 72000 (pause for 20 minutes)
vmrun.exe start D:\BOOT\MA4iNI\CLIENTS\XYZ01\XYZ01.vmx
vmrun.exe start D:\BOOT\MA4iNI\CLIENTS\XYZ02\XYZ02.vmx
(do as much as you have clients)

The Reset-Accounts.exe requires the user to write a letter to continue and effectively reset the accounts. So it won't do it on its own, right ?

I tried giving it a look, even tho I don't know ANYTHING about VB.
Basically, removing "form 2"(the advanced settings) seems to solve the problem(and let's be honest, these settings weren't really useful).

You didn't do anything wrong bro, your soft is pretty fine and you put time into it, just seems like it works better without these advanced settings !
So basically: I removed form2, every line where "form2" was mentionned, and removed the "if" loop when starting Restart-Accounts.exe and everything seems fine !

You seem to have some VB.net skills. Would it be possible to replace the process finding, killing, checking if it's dead and opening with just the Application.Restart?
