Well it depends on how much you want to run, basically every i7 should be able to run from 10-15 VM's with an SSD, a Xeon can probably run 30, but if you have one of those octa core AMD's, I'm pretty sure you can run 30 as well.
Basically, if you use that computer ONLY for botting, it's better to use an AMD equivalent of i7's, just because AMD, although not faster, has much more SHEER power, but if you use that PC to game as well, Intel's the way to go.

Not wanting to abuse you, but you might me one of the models of a i7 XEON and AMD octacore good to botting?
I wonder the performance AMD octacore against an i5 3350p for games.

Thxman
i7 and Xeon will ALWAYS beat any AMD in gaming performance. The stronger octacore AMD's will always be on par with Xeons, which are up to 5 times more expensive.
Since you want to have your PC for gaming as well, i7 is the way to go. Xeon is technically a server CPU that's way too expensive for your needs.

with AMD FX-8350 Vishera I can run 30 VM and have the same perfomace or better in games than my i5?

Most likely, but the thing is, it's worse than the i7-3770k in gaming, so you will have to consider. If you get an intel, you won't have to change your motherboard, so technically, i7 is the way to go, if you don't have infinite money hahah

I need at least a 20 VM, i7 does not help me in this. Buying a single mother board that makes everything work and a good choice?
