You are sure your curracc.txt is empty? Try use F9 to clean your accounts, next add new to account.txt

Yes currAcc.txt is empty, i write user and password to account.txt, save it, close, and open ghostlol.exe, when it try logg in league of legend it say not valid username or password.

It is as if the account.tct did not generate name and pass.

Make sure there are no spaces in the file of accounts.

I never put space and make sure to check it just in case, but nothing.
In the tutorial videos apparently is very easy and I've checked several times.

You can run about 15-20 VM's with that, overclocked version won't show improvement because the RAM is already at it's limit.

You have to create accounts on your own, or with a creator.

What would be if i buy another 16Gb Ram, how many vms would be possible? Or at how many vms would be the limit of the overclocked cpu.

You could probably run 5 more with the overclock, so let's say you put 1 GB on every VM (which would make it run OK and fast, with low mouse speed and sleep), you could run 20-25, it all depends on your installation of Windows, RAM speed, CPU etc from then on.
