Yes It is unfinished currently and I am working as hard as possible to finish it. Once it is released I will announce it and a compiled version will be provided.

I know it has bugs still. But im sure many of us who lack the skills or knowledge to compile this ourselves
would be glad to still test it out.

No skills required, just DL MS Visual Studio and open the .sln with it. Then just press the Start button, marked with a play icon. It'll be created in 'root dir\LegendaryClient\bin\Debug'.
