I got vs 2010 and 2012.. both the same problem!

I think that I've understand the problem with the EUW server.
Riot has changed its server url from:
"https://lq.eu.lol.riotgames.com/" and "prod.eu.lol.riotgames.com"
to:
"https://lq.euw1.lol.riotgames.com" and "prod.euw1.lol.riotgames.com"

Unfortunately I can not edit the PVPNetConnect.dll...can anyone help me?

Here is the Import codes that i get problem from!
