This time i post this tool for test.
You only need start the tool check region and prees offline. Late start the client.
For appear online again set the region prees online and restart the client.
In next verion dont need restart client all the time

Bugs:
- Need close conexion Close.RemotePort(5223); (You only need restart lolclient and is the same)
Multi delete (some time need prees enable more that 1 time if u set disable more that 1 time)
- No personal icon
- Update license method

what does it do exactly? I'm looking for something to delete the whole chat from my game screen not being able to unhide it.

This program block the chat for appear offine , u can check the picture

Well, i don't think it really deserve payment for this! As you know it's just blocking connections with it! nothing else, but it's your work anyone, you decision anyway!
