Yes i found a post from a riot guy in lol forums... he said that is not legal but he didnt said how much time you get banned or something... well you can use this on smurf accounts... not your main account . I use this for 2 days now it helps my jungler and my team so we dont lose any buffs also that auto msg are realy cool

Hi This is a little hack where u can use skins / eyeskins / jungle timer / and everything else also u dont need 2 pay for it. But only for you. That means just you can see skins and the jungle timer. You can configurate the jungletimer, that it pings and writes in the chat, that red buff or drakes respawning. (sry for bad english xD)
