Assuming your virtual machine is up and running with installed OS, rest of the installation of LoL client + updated DirectX, .NET Framework and Adobe Air should be performed exactly as you would do on your normal PC, to be able to play the game.

Depending on what visualization software you use, it may also be necessary to enable support for 3d acceleration for the virtual machine.

C++ Redist. you would probably be needing for various botting softwares, however this one is clearly outdated (1. post updated ~2 years ago).
