It actually works ingame, but u should unbind the F1-F9 in the ingame settings (key bindings) of League of Legends..

Vielen dank ich werd es nachher zu Hause auch mal testen

Wobei ich meist schon meine Items auf 1-6 vergesse, ob ich da an F1-F9 denke??
