[Tool] Zoom in&out + auto jungle timing

testet the jungle timer its great! but... the most important monsters (dragon,baron) doesn't time.

first of all - extract the files (dont leave it as rar)
second u need to give it the same directory of ur lol launcher

try again, sometimes the server is rly busy cus of the many downloads
