good morning I tried to change the cool time in skill editor getting 100% cd on each skill but between one skill and another that the skill is already in use

Konnte über SQL Server Management Studio Express keinen Benutzer mit denn Namen: Shaiya Pass:shaiya123 Erstellen da es nicht der sicherheit stimmte also habe ich alles geändert und Leuft alles Grün im Server
