I have a question, I could connect to the navicat of my computer from another computer without having to hire a vps, would there be any way? Thank you!

Just get the public IP adress of the navicat computer and connect to it from the other computer (of course with the corresponding ports).
You may need to open your firewall.

make sure to set the network connectoin of the VM to Bridged. Then its the same IP as the Host PC.

I try it and only can enter in local mode , with pc connected on my route, i want to enter with external IP out of my router . In your House for example
