Program that lags your internet conection

I've got cable and apparantly once I got lag and could jump over guild gate easily. But after like 5 minutes it was lightning speed again and I couldnt do it without being pulled back. So is there a program that lags you (Not lagging your computer, your internet, so packets get sent out and recieved at a slower rate)

There must be something like that, but I have doubts.
However, an usefull way to start lagging in CO is to put alot of actions in your hotkeys, and then rapidly press F1 - F10.
This will seriously get your ping up, I promise.

no just take the cool animation thats all you need, Thats how you jump the gate, and it works.

im pretty sure this worked last time i checked (yea..i made this up)

go to guild gate...oull wire from internet modem to computer...jump over gate (hurry, b4 u get disconnected)...replug in wire.

This works for my broadband

When i try the F1 - F10 actions and jump the gate i log back in to find myself right where i started using actions. I think that modem thing will work, ill try it as soon as i get to guild war

There is a program called Netlimiter this makes you limit how much bandwidth the program uses, which should make the process alot easier.

hhmm, theres many programs to stop packets, but sometimes u dunno what packets to stop. ill try Netlimiter

guys i don't understand how do u "jump over the gate first" to jump over the gate? How are u suppose to jump over the gate, log out, then log back in then u'r inside the gate??? what does the first "jump over the gate" mean?

ffs just do something that uses up alot of bandwidth!

Use a torrenting program or something, that netlimiter will probably work, just make it run as slow as possible till youre through then youll be fine, mmk?

Winsock Packet Editor
Capture a good sized packet (From CO) and send it continuosly (To CO, of course), you will get a fair amount of ping this way:P
