Filix PE just works at **** Servers now i guess, since there's a better Packet Editor. You can try, but you need to bypass the Anticheat and compile the Packet Editor new everytime you're using it on a different Server.
But the "Dupe" Function won't work in any Server because it's also fixxed on Public Files/Source...

What do you mean with ' compile the Packet Editor new everytime you're using it'? What you would change in source?

It depends: filix used to hook the "sendtoservernew" function. If this function is changed by some admins, or someone add protection (or encryption) on it, you have to reverse the engine.dll and look on it how is changed!
