I can build stak_editor but I can't run.

Nice try but if you want it easy just use this Editor:

It's not enough to compile WE, in order for the editor to work, you need to fix many more errors.
Therefore, as the Joker wrote, it is easier to take a compiled version. But most of the public versions do not have full functionality, as far as I remember.
For ex. attributes not work on public WE. (I`m about it )

U in vertex mode, press E for select object mode
