How to get started with EP2/EP3 ?

I want to make for myself an EP2-EP3 LC, and i need to know this : Which files will you give me to get started for my server ? I need your answers guys, i have everything, i only need this.

i have files, but i'm lost with it, i don't know what to do, so that's why i ask this to everyone here.

if you dont know the basics it's probably best you dont start a server.
