EP2 / EP1 Server

Hey guys, i am searching for a EP1 / EP2 server wich isn't that OP like the other servers where you have 100k+ HP.

Requirements:

- Max 20k hp
- 100% Cast Possible
- Not to hard to lvl up
- With nightshadow
