need help locking pvp arena in dratan

i know the arena can be closed.....like to start a pvp event..i am gm of server and have the gm tool and commands...../whoami. how do i lock the pvp arena in dratan to stop cheaters from dieing and reentering...

i know in usa they locked the pvp arena to prevent this.....is it not possible on private server then.....

You must use a NPC... (/summon)

As far as i know, royal rumble is the only closed arena, you could place a npc or teleport players.
When people die in there you get sent outside, dratan arena is nothing like that.
