Well, I'll help you guys a lil'.
If you use kikiuce:
Vink Hyperscan
Value type: Text
Look up what the skillname is in the itemlist (for example: Ice Restriction = mage-43 / Splashy Ice = mage-23)
Type that name in the "Value:" box
Search:
You'll find like 3 adresses; 2 are very similar, take the second one, open it in the memory viewer, then just scroll up a bit, until you see " x|i " in the first row after our arrays of bytes. Then just look to where you see Write: If you just add the adresses from the column underneath; that on it's end have x|i them to the list, you'll be able to cooldown the skill.
