Kal Online New Server Making

Hello Everyone,
i have started making a new server and i am a total beginner in this stuff. I learned how to Make MSSQL database on 2005 version.
i started admin tools and koam and everything went perfectly.


But when i log in i cannot move ahead of the log in window nothing happens.
Can anyone help me in this regard????
How to get repacks of new engine of 2013 at least for free???

Try this repack but do not open a server with those files no one know whats beside it.
