The files are geometric binaries. You can remove collision from those objects. I only know how to do it using 3ds max 8. An automatic procedure to remove collision from a large set of files (preferably all files) will be very useful. But this requires understanding of the structure of those .gb files. This would be close to what we call wallhack in other games (unpassable terrain from the map would still exist though)

By 1st Approach I manage to find wooden boxes file (T027_Bone), but it was easy because I know you can find it in monster folder.
But I dont know where do find Dungeon objects, since Dungeons are not included in OBJECT folder. 2nd Approach would not be okay, since I would like to remove OBJECTS because they are blocking me. Thanks for your help so far, got any more suggestions about where to find objects, I'm specifically interested in D4.
