i got problem in my private server

guys i have problem in my frivate serer when people log into select char they see they armor and when they log into game they dont see nathing and clean inventory ... haw can i fix it?

I also experience this.. but as player... Something is wrong with the database, the owner of my current server said there was a invalid "0" value or whatever... If you know a solution to this.. would be kind aswell^^
